Summary:
The HR Recruitment Manager will lead and optimize the recruitment strategy, ensuring a streamlined and effective hiring process. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in recruiting for various roles across different departments and levels.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting tools to track recruitment metrics and trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing recruitment challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with organizational goals and values.
- Analyze current recruitment processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
2) Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
3) Talent Sourcing:
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, universities, and recruitment agencies to expand talent networks.
4) Candidate Management:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and providing timely feedback.
5) Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each role.
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation criteria.
6) Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment effectiveness, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity metrics.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment performance and market trends.
7) Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
8) Employer Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and promote the employer brand, enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
