Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience with 10-13 years of experience on Duck Creek Policy System.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in team handling.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Manager / Architect
- Strong experience on Duck Creek Policy modules in 7.x, 8.x versions.
- Experience in Designing & developing Duck Creek Policy System
- Good experience in LOBs like Commercial, Personal, Specialty.
- Good understanding of underwriting, claims, billing systems
- Good experience on Policy lifecycle and various Policy transactions
- Expertise working in Author, Server, Express (2&3), Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, Transact, & Address Validation, Transactions, Integrations
- Experience in P&C insurance domain
- Experience in handling & leading team
- Good understanding of business, functional requirements and policy workflow of the entire application and project
- Understanding the client’s requirement properly and then going for the development in the core areas of DCT
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- A good understanding of emerging InsurTech technology space.
