Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with 10-13 years of experience on Duck Creek Policy System.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in team handling.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Manager / Architect
• Strong experience on Duck Creek Policy modules in 7.x, 8.x versions.
• Experience in Designing & developing Duck Creek Policy System
• Good experience in LOBs like Commercial, Personal, Specialty.
• Good understanding of underwriting, claims, billing systems
• Good experience on Policy lifecycle and various Policy transactions
• Expertise working in Author, Server, Express (2&3), Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, Transact, & Address Validation, Transactions, Integrations
• Experience in P&C insurance domain
• Experience in handling & leading team
• Good understanding of business, functional requirements and policy workflow of the entire application and project
• Understanding the client’s requirement properly and then going for the development in the core areas of DCT
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• A good understanding of emerging InsurTech technology space.
