Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the successful delivery of Duck Creek solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with deep expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.

Skills:

8–13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in Duck Creek solution implementation or account management roles.

In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims modules.

Familiarity with Duck Creek architecture, integration, and configuration best practices.

Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows.

Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements.

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

 

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

·        Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

·        Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology.

·        Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution.

Project Oversight and Delivery:

·        Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of Duck Creek products.

·        Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations.

·        Provide strategic oversight for Duck Creek solution customization, integration, and support.

Business Development:

·        Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling Duck Creek services and solutions.

·        Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients.

·        Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

·        Work closely with technical teams, architect and delivery managers to align project objectives.

·        Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills.

Governance and Reporting:

·        Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients.

·        Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership.
