Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Project Delivery in P&C Insurance domain.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects across multiple domains or clients.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), and governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and team performance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and delivery teams.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and delivery outcomes.
