Job Description:

  • 8+ years of experience in running P&C Insurance Delivery operations.
  • Must have Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
  • Good to have Delivery experience on Duck Creek platform.
  • Proven experience in project management or delivery roles.
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Oversee and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring they work cohesively towards project goals.
  • Ensure products and services are delivered on schedule, meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify and address potential impediments that could impact project delivery.
  • Maintain open channels of communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to drive project success.
