Strong Property & Casualty insurance industry experience on Policy Administration System (Policy, Customer, Producer, Claims) knowledge required.
8+ years of experience in Commercial Lines and Specialty.
Should have experience working in Property and Casualty applications like Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco, One Shield.
Should have Property and Casualty certifications like AINS or CPCU.
Ability to translate business requirements into complete business solutions that leverage existing business domain services.
Monitors traceability and linkage between business needs, solution design and execution planning.
Develops conceptual artifacts to illustrate proposed solution.
Supports ongoing improvement of the solution design over time.
Partners with business stakeholders to inform scope of technical needs, ensure adequate understanding and inform technical estimation process.
Proven leader who can facilitate cross-organizational discussions and drive towards a common solution.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to clearly communicate complex business concepts both to business partners and team members.
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.
Ability to communicate with development staff and assist withtroubleshooting issues in complex business process.
Knowledge of common industry data formats, such as JSON and XML.
