A Business Architect at Aggne, will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Insurtech products and services. Will be a key driver in ensuring our solutions align with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of our customers. Will be the Business Technology Liaison for Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

Job Summary:

• Strong experience working as a Business Architect in the P&C insurance industry, with a focus on Duck Creek Policy Administration System.
• Expertise of Commercial LOB's like MPL and Worker Compensation insurance products, processes, and regulations.
• Interacting with clients on new implementation and issues in their current system.
• Get signoff from customers on new implementations.
• Proficient with insurance industry standards and best practices, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and claims processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Guide development team on business requirements.
• Experience in UAT and QA tests for application issues.
• Strong experience of rating and building raters.
• Thought leadership in understanding our internal business tools that we are developing and providing feedback and enhancing the idea to the next level of efficiency.
• Business -Technical Liaison for all major clients of Aggne.
