Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in P&C Insurance domain & project management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Experience of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
