Job Description:

• Must have strong knowledge of tools: LoadRunner, Jmeter is mandatory.

• Must have 5+ years of experience in P&C Domain and Duckcreek Policy.

• Create & Execute Performance test strategy and test plan, interfacing with all level of the application protocol stack.

• Setup & Own performance test process from scratch.

• Mentor QA team on best practices.

• Identify bottle necks, stress and load test and follow performance testing processes.

• Collaboration with development & operations teams to ensure accurate representation of production scenarios in test scripts.

• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issue and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

• Analyze system performance metrics and generate comphrensive reports for stakeholders.

• Knowledge on Duckcreek Ondemand standards is must.

• Strong experience in Client facing & handling projects.
