Job Description:

• 6+ years of Professional Experience as a MSSQL Developer or Database Developer.

• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.

• Experience in Database Design & Architecture.

• Knowledge or experience in Duck Creek Insights.

• Experience in Insurance domain.

• Strong expertise in query optimization, performance tuning, and database indexing.

• Expertise in handling Team members and leading them.

• Must have Client handling experience.

• Good to have scratch-built development experience.

• Experience with ETL Processes (SSIS) and data integration techniques.

• Experience with Power BI & DAX Queries

• Familiarity with database design principles and normalization techniques.

• Hands-on experience with one or more relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) is a plus

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior developers is a plus.
