Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in Duck Creek Billing.
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing efforts for enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Duck Creek architecture, especially Billing and Policy modules.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) and test management tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Duck Creek Certification (Billing or Policy) is highly desirable.
- Experience in insurance domain, especially Property & Casualty (P&C).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Duck Creek Billing implementations.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring best practices in testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, business analysts, and product owners to define test scope and objectives.
- Oversee creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Drive defect management and root cause analysis using tools like JIRA, ALM.
- Ensure compliance with Duck Creek standards and insurance industry regulations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT and production release validations.
