Job Description:

• Proven experience as a .NET full stack developer and team lead

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Angular, MVC, and Web API

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using .NET programming languages

• Strong experience on front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus

• Good understanding of Rest API’s and their implementation in .net Core.

• Experience with Net Core.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and enhancements

• Experience in Insurance domain based projects

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner

• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in full-stack development

• Define technical solutions and provide guidance to the team

• Mentor and train junior developers

• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed

• Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and progress

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience leading agile teams

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to mentor and train junior developers

• Experience in defining technical solutions and providing guidance to the team
