Qualifications:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry, with a focus on Duck Creek Billing system.
• Proficiency in BRD, FRD, user stories creation.
• Experience in handling Duck Creek Billing Center System and knowledge on different Billing modules.
• Familiarity with insurance industry standards and best practices, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, rating, and claims processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in test planning and execution, including creating test cases and conducting system testing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the Personal lines and commercial lines product.
• Strong understanding of rating and strong experience on building raters.
• Does requirements/documentation/reporting. Data Gathering, Testing.
• Thought leadership in understanding our internal business tools that we are developing and providing feedback and enhancing the idea to the next level of efficiency.
